Bansal Tour & Travel Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the Client
Travel Packages: Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 15-30 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 14 days or less will not be eligible for a refund.
Concierge Services: Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3-6 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 2 days or less will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation by Bansal Tour & Travels We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative arrangement.
3. Refund Process To request a refund, please contact us at info@bansaltourandtravels.com. We will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
4. Non-Refundable Services Certain services may be non-refundable as stated at the time of purchase. These include, but are not limited to, special promotions and custom itineraries.
